Will Rogers Elementary School fourth and fifth-graders were at Tydings Auditorium on Monday night showing off the talents they have learned in weekly fine arts classes. The fine arts program will be expanded as an after-school elective at Jefferson, Edison and Southern Heights next school year.

Displaying perfect posture, Will Rogers fifth-graders Diana Rojas and Juan Avila took to the dance floor at the Western Heritage Museum on Monday night. The occassion was to display violin playing, singing and dancing techniques students have been learning since the school shifted its focus to fine arts at the beginning of the semester.
