CTECH Hospitality and Culinary students, alongside their talented instructors, came together for an incredible collaboration at the 32nd Annual St.Helena's School Mardi Gras Fundraising Event. Hospitality students played an essential role in serving food from the Pacific Rim buffet and assisting with drinks, ensuring that every guest felt welcome and well taken care of. Meanwhile, CTECH Culinary students created a mouthwatering Mardi Gras themed dessert grazing table filled with delicious treats, including beignets, banana foster, bread pudding, and king cakes, all expertly crafted by CTECH's own culinary talent. It was a truly festive event showcasing the hard work and skills of our students! Thank you, St. Helena's School for the opportunity to be part of their special event!
